Akbay, who graduated from Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1996, started his business life at Siemens Energy. He worked as a manager in transportation and mobility solutions at Siemens Turkey for many years. In 2010, he served as Energy Projects Director at Turcas Petrol. Akbay, who was appointed as Energy and Real Estate Operations Director (COO) in the same company in 2016, continued his work as Energy Sector President and Polat Energy CEO at Polat Holding in 2021. With his experience since 2023, he has been shaping the growth strategies and future vision of Eksim Energy, Eksim Holding's company operating in the field of renewable energy.

Cemal Çelik, who graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, started his career as an engineer in 1986 at the Department of Renewable Energy Resources of the General Directorate of EIE Administration. As of 2002, he continued his career as EMRA Electricity Market Department Energy Expert and TEİAŞ Antalya Deputy Regional Manager. Between 2011 and 2016, he worked as the Head of Unlicensed Generation and Other Renewable Group at EMRA Electricity Market Department. Between 2017 and 2023, he served as Energy Production Regulation Director and Dicle Group Audit Head within Eksim Holding. Çelik has been working as a Board Member of Eksim Energy since 2023.

Erkan, who completed his undergraduate education at Gazi University Electrical Teaching Department and started his career in 1996, took the first steps of his career as a Team Manager at President Electric. He worked as Operations Manager at Akdeniz Electricity Generation Services between 1998-2004, as Operations Manager at Entek Electricity Generation affiliated with Koç Holding between 2004-2007, and as Electricity Production Chief at Tüpraş Aliağa/İzmir Refinery between 2007-2011. İsmail Yasin Erkan, who joined the Eksim family as Energy Operations Director in 2011, has been working as Deputy General Manager of Energy Production Projects at Eksim Energy since 2021.

He completed his undergraduate education from Pamukkale University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and his master's degree from London Kingston University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Renewable Energy Engineering. Ülker, who started his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Bereket Enerji in 2004, worked as Construction Sites Technical Supervisor at the same company between 2006 and 2009. Ülker, who joined the Eksim family as an Expert Mechanical Engineer in 2012, worked as Project Manager at Achar Enerji, Eksim Holding's Georgian investment, between 2015 and 2021. In 2021, he served as Eksim Enerji Georgia Country Director, and since 2023, he has been serving as Achar Enerji General Manager and Southeastern Europe and Caucasus Regional Director. Ülker, General Manager of Achar Enerji, is also the Vice President of DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) Türkiye-Georgia Business Council.

After graduating from Kırıkkale University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he received his MBA from Bahçeşehir University, Social Sciences Institute and completed his master's degree from Osmaniye Korkutata University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Öztürk, who started his career in 2008, worked as an Electrical Engineer at Mabaş Elektrik Taahhüt, as a Management Trainee and Technical Department Chief at Çelebi Holding between 2009 and 2011, and as an Electrical Chief at Alkim Kimya in 2011. Cenk Öztürk, who joined the Eksim family as Hasanbeyli RES Operations Manager in 2012, became the RES Operations Group Manager in 2016. Öztürk has been serving as Power Plants Operations Director since 2021.

Kuriş, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Industrial Engineering, started his career as Eksim Energy Wind Energy Analyst in 2007. He continued his career journey, which started at Eksim Energy, as R&D Manager between 2013 and 2021. He has been working as Energy Investments Business Development Director at Eksim Energy since 2021.

After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering, he completed his MBA at Kocaeli University Social Sciences Institute. Yücel, who started his career as a Civil Engineer at Endem İnşaat company operating in Algeria in 2005, worked as Technical Office Manager at Assad Said Bulgu İnşaat between 2010 and 2011, and as Technical Office Chief at Martı GYO company in 2012. Mustafa Yücel, who joined the Eksim family as Technical Office Chief in 2012, became Project Manager in 2019. Yücel has been working as Eksim Energy Project Application Director since 2023.

He completed his undergraduate education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University, his master's degree in MBA at Çukurova University, and his doctorate in Business Administration at Gazi University. Çelebi graduated from Ufuk University Faculty of Law, his second university degree, and then completed his law internship. He started his career as a Program Management Unit Specialist at Ahiler Development Agency in 2010; He has worked on local development, support and incentive systems, regional planning and project management. In 2014, he worked as Assistant Energy Expert and Energy Expert at the Energy Market Regulatory Authority, in the Tariffs Department and the Electricity Distribution Investments Group Directorate, respectively. Çelebi, who served as Wind and Solar Group Head at the Electricity Market Department in 2019, has been working as Eksim Energy Regulation Director since 2023.
